In a bid to continually refine its recruitment and consultancy frameworks, ABNM HR Staffing Solutions Limited recently took part in a high-impact HR Conference in Lagos. The event, which gathered industry leaders and policy experts, focused on Fair recruitment in Nigeria.

The event which took place at the Golfview Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos, was an opportunity for ABNM HR Staffing Solutions Limited, to make strategic move to reinforce ethical hiring and labor compliance.

The high-level South West Zonal Workshop on Fair Recruitment and Regulatory Compliance was organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment. It brought together private employment agencies and federal desk officers to align on evolving industry standards.

The workshop highlighted the critical need for transparency in the Nigerian labor market. For ABNM HR, the event served as a platform to integrate its specialized work mechanism, a multi-layered approach that combines data-driven candidate evaluation with rigorous integrity checks. ABNM’s methodology is anchored in its “proven candidate evaluation” system, which includes competency-based interviews, skill building for recruits, and an invasive background check process requiring multiple guarantors to ensure high-trust placements.

“Our participation underscores ABNM’s commitment to the Federal Ministry’s regulatory frameworks,” management noted. By bridging the gap between administrative business needs and the employee experience, ABNM HR continues to set a benchmark for “Change Management” in recruitment. As the industry moves toward digital transformation, ABNM is positioning itself as a leader in ethical staffing, ensuring that both private enterprises and the public sector benefit from a workforce built on fairness and compliance.

Co-founder Angela Brown recently noted that 2026 is a year of fresh ideas for the ABNM family. By engaging with these industry-leading discussions in Lagos, ABNM HR is better positioned to help small and large businesses navigate complex projects like benefits implementation, executive staffing, and strategic HR compliance.
